Please take notice that the Town of Sherman enacted an Amendment to the Public Nuisances Ordinance on August 8, 2016.

The purpose of this amendment to the ordinance is to add verbiage regarding overgrown lawns, grasses and noxious weeds on residentially zoned lands, establish guidelines for notification to land owner(s) and to notify public that if the costs of abatement are not paid the charges shall be entered on the tax roll.
