The Town of Sherman will accept sealed bids for the following road work which must meet Wisconsin Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction:

Lynn Road (from Abbott Drive south to STH 144) TRIP Project:

1. 1,170’ x 20’ patch of a ¾” leveling course, located 2,000’ south of Abbott Drive; and
2. Level approximately 30 cross cracks; and
3. Replacement of four cross culverts:
   1. 24” x 40’ CMP
   2. 30” x 40’ CMP
   3. 18” x 50’ CMP
   4. 18” x 52’ CMP; and
4. Double chip seal one mile from Abbott Drive south to STH 144.

This project has funding though the Town Road Improvement Program.  All TRIP rules shall apply to this project.

Bid Forms are available at the town clerk’s office, on the town’s website (www.SHERMANSHEBCOWI.GOV) or via email.  Sealed bids are to be mailed to the office of the Clerk/Treasurer at P.O. Box 124, Adell, WI 53001, or in-person at W6566 STH 144, Random Lake by 3:00 p.m. on August 2, 2016 for consideration.  Sealed bids will be opened and decision made August 2, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at the Silver Creek Fire Hall/Sherman Town Hall, W6566 STH 144, Random Lake.  (Click for: Bid Forms)

The Sherman Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid most advantageous to the Town of Sherman.
