PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, December 7, 2021 the Town Board of the Town of Sherman will hold a public hearing to consider the creation and passage of the following, and will take action during the monthly meeting which will immediately follow:
- Ordinance #2021-07, “An Ordinance to Add Standards and Requirements for Solar Energy Systems to the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Sherman Code”. By enacting this ordinance, the Town will be creating Chapter 12 of the Town of Sherman Code as well as amending other areas in the full Code to include reference to the new chapter.
- Ordinance #2021-08, “An Ordinance to Add Standards and Requirements for Portable Storage Units to the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Sherman Code”. By enacting this ordinance, the Town will be creating Chapter 11 of the Town of Sherman Code as well as amending other areas in the full Code to include reference to the new chapter.
You are further notified the copies of the proposed new and amended codes will be on file and open for public inspection in the office of the town clerk at W6566 STH 144, and available online www.SHERMANSHEBCOWI.GOV.
