Certain overpayments of property taxes, permit fees and other monies collected by the town, if under $5, will no longer be issued to the payor.  The Town Board recognizes that the issuance of these refunds sometimes is not cost effective, and is in the interest of the Town to retian nominal overpayments, unless the payor demands a refund.  To see the full resolution passed by the Town Board on December 1, 2015, please click on “Ordinances” under Government above.
