NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Sherman Board of Supervisors will hear comments on two requests for land division and rezone:
1. Parcel #59028429220 – Located at N391 CTH I, Random Lake, owner Julia Bozic. 3 acres zoned R-2 to become rezoned to A-3. Reason for petition: To conform to the original use of land to the correct zoning description.
2. Parcel #59028421400 – Located N2317 Klein Lane, Adell, owner Kris Klein. 41.45 acres zoned A-1 to be divided and rezoned into (Lot 1) 3 acres to be rezoned to A-2 which contains house and outbuildings, and (Lot 2) 20-acres to remain zoned A-1 and creating an area of 18.45 acres to be rezoned A1-PR somewhere else on the parcel. Reason for petition: Retaining ownership vacant land and selling house and outbuildings on 3 acres.

a. Possible Closed Session
i. Motion to convene into closed session Per Wis. Stats §19.85(1) and (1)(e) and (g)
(1) Any meeting of a governmental body, upon motion duly made and carried, may be convened in closed session under one or more of the exemptions provided in this section. The motion shall be carried by a majority vote in such manner that the vote of each member is ascertained and recorded in the minutes. No motion to convene in closed session may be adopted unless the chief presiding officer announces to those present at the meeting at which such motion is made, the nature of the business to be considered at such closed session, and the specific exemption or exemptions under this subsection by which such closed session is claimed to be authorized. Such announcement shall become part of the record of the meeting. No business may be taken up at any closed session except that which relates to matters contained in the chief presiding officer’s announcement of the closed session. A closed session may be held for any of the following purposes: (e) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. (g) Conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved.
