NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Sherman Board of Supervisors will hear comments on a request for land division and rezone from David & Barbara Torrison, W6589 CTH SS, Adell. Parcel #59028424870, 45+ acres to be divided into four (4) parcels: Parcel #1 to be rezoned A1-PR, approx. 25 acres; and Parcel #2 to be rezoned A-2, approx. 10.5 acres; and Parcel #3 to be rezoned A-2, approx. 4.5 acres; and Parcel #4 to be rezoned A1-PR, approx. 5 acres.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Sherman Board of Supervisors will hear comments on a proposed amendment to the Town of Sherman 20-Year Comprehensive Plan: 2007. The amendment will 1) update the 20-Year Potential Land Use Map and associated text to be consistent with the Town of Sherman Zoning Ordinance amended on July 1, 2014; 2) remove a recommendation on page 8-22 to consider maximum driveway lengths for new residential development; and 3) describe a formal process for encouraging land use map consistency between the Town of Sherman and the neighboring villages of Adell and Random Lake.
